**About the opportunity**

We are currently seeking a passionate **Cleaner** to join our accommodation Service team at our **Moran Sylvania home**. This role will assist the facility in maintaining the highest possible standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the residence with a strong focus on minimising health risks and maximising safety. We provide a supportive and enjoyable work environment, with modern facilities and the equipment and resources needed to do excel in your role. Education specific to aged care is provided.

Shift schedule: between Monday and Friday 07:00am to 15:00pm

You will be supported and mentored to ensure you thrive in your role with us. You will work with a great team of dedicated people and your contribution will make a difference to our residents’ enjoyment of their life every day.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean allocated area that includes bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Follow cleaning schedule and complete records
- Replenish supplies and set up cleaning trolleys
- Meet safety, quality, and hygiene standards
- Understand and provide of Infection Prevention & Control

**Skills/Requirements**:

- Commitment to providing a high standard of care and service
- Ability to work in a team and be supportive of your colleagues
- Valid working visa
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Influenza and COVID-19 vaccination including booster
- Highly organised with strong planning skills.
