**Stratco’s** Canning Vale manufacturing facility is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Forklift Loaders and Store personal to join their logistics team to assist with the packing and loading of products in a safe and timely manner with no damage for our trade and retail customer base. This is a diverse and hands-on role which will require regular contact with our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Print out vehicle load sheets, plan the load and placement onto delivery trucks
- Locate finished goods, pick and pack accessories and load to the vehicle
- Maintain stock records and stock movements via scanners
- Liaise with customers to ensure efficiency for warehouse pickups
- Move stock and finished goods around the warehouse safely
- General warehouse housekeeping duties
- Contribute in tool box and team meetings
- Adherence to **Stratco **safety policies and procedures

**Skills and attributes**:

- Proven experience forklift driving and hand loading vehicles
- Knowledge and/or previous experience in the manufacturing industry will be looked upon favorably, but not essential
- Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet the customers’ needs
- Good communicator, both written and verbal with a commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
- Able to work at pace within a team or at times individually
- Desire and willingness to develop selling ability across our product range
- Forklift and drivers license essential
