**ABOUT US**

The Bentleys Hotel is a humble country pub focused on fresh food, local community, and supporting our Homegrown Heroes here in SA The hotel boasts accommodation, a front bar, large bistro dining, TAB, Keno, a gaming room, and a Sip'n'Save bottleshop.

**THE JOB**

We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service to join our team If you have experience in food, beverage, or gaming/TAB/Keno we would love to hear from you This role is available for up to 30+ hours per week plus evening/late night shifts to work over a 7-day roster.

Initially available as a casual F&B role the option to take on part-time or full-time and elevate to Duty Manager in the future will be based on skills and performance. If you have a can-do attitude, exceptional people skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality, we would love to hear from you
- Ensure excellent and professional customer service at all times
- Ensure a good understanding of all food and beverage offerings throughout the venue, food service systems, and till operations
- Undertake general service duties of food and beverages
- Proficient in the professional service/supply, dispensing/mixing of sophisticated drinks, liquor, and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Consistent and professional delivery of the venue’s products
- Communicate and liaise with team members, kitchen, and other areas of operations as required
- Maintain the clean and neat presentation of the work area - bar and restaurant area(s) by adherence to all operating policies and procedures
- Follow Safe Work Procedures for all areas of the hotel at all times as per WHS Act 2012
- Ensure personal compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Any other duties directed by Management

- Flawless customer service with a consistently positive attitude
- Reliable, flexible, and excellent communication skills
- Proficient English language skills
- Eager to learn, grow and develop
- Knowledge of relevant work health and safety legislation and food safety standards
- Competent and trustworthy cash-handling skills
- Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Food and beverage experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- ** Availability for night shifts and weekends (essential)**:

- Responsible Person Badge/Experience (preferred)
- TAB and Keno experience (preferred)
- Basic Gaming Certificate (preferred)
