The position of Risk and Operations Officer is an important role within the life of the School. Operations of
the Business workgroup must be dealt with efficiently and in a manner that is God honouring and consistent with the School’s vision to provide a Christ-centred education in a learning community of Love, Nurture and Service.

The Risk and Operations Officer will work with the Business Manager to support and enhance the governance, risk and compliance functions, systems and processes at the School.

This role will provide administrative, systems and project management support across a variety of functions including policy management, compliance, risk management and incident reporting and has a strong focus on process improvement through technology and automation.

The desired applicant will demonstrate a proactive attitude, possess advanced IT skills, a passion for process and an ability to build and foster positive relationships across the school community.
