**About Goodstart Rutherford**:
Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Rutherford is located close to Rutherford Public School and the New England Highway - close to local shops and community facilities.

Our service caters for 75 children per day, we are proud to be an Inclusive service and provide care to families from various cultures and religions. All our Educators are currently qualified or are training for relevant Early Childhood Qualifications.

Inside, all the rooms - from Nursery to Kindergarten / Preschool - are all set up in line with an Early Years Learning Framework, with sensory and play based learning opportunities. Colourful, stimulating surrounds ensure the children have the chance to grow and develop through sensory, play-based learning.

**Meet Our Centre Director**:
Hello, my name is Chloe, and I am the Centre Director at Goodstart Rutherford.

I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and have worked in the Early Childhood Sector for over 10 years, including over 9 years within the Goodstart Community.

I have a passion for working with Children and am a strong believer in the benefits of high quality education and care, especially in the child’s first 5 years of learning.

I inspire a committed work ethic and a supportive team that creates a safe and inclusive centre for all families and children.

**You’ll need**:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current NSW Working with Children Check
