Warehouse Manager - Wholesale Fire Industry

Location: Brisbane, Australia

Overview:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Warehouse Operations Management**: Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, inventory management, and product shipping and receiving.

**Team Leadership**: Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff, fostering a safety-first culture while ensuring high standards of performance and teamwork.

**Inventory Control**: Manage inventory levels through accurate tracking and forecasting, along with regular stock audits to minimise discrepancies and waste.

**Compliance and Safety**: Ensure all warehouse operations comply with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and internal policies. Conduct regular safety training and audits.

**Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in warehouse operations, streamline processes, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.

**Customer Service**: Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to meet customer demands, address issues proactively, and ensure excellent service delivery.

**Qualifications**: - Proven experience in warehouse management, particularly in the wholesale sector. - Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on motivation and development. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting.
