**Your new role**
- Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will assist in maintaining various pieces of fixed and mobile plant within our recycling yard and complete fabrication work.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Completing repairs safely and efficiently ensuring machine availability
- Carry out planned and unplanned maintenance activities
- Recommend and implement improvements to plant and work practices
- Participate in maintaining a clean work area
- Working with other tradespeople to complete repairs
- Ability to work overtime in case of breakdown and plant shutdown as required

**To be successful in this opportunity, you will have**:

- Boiler making trade qualification
- Forklift and EWP license (highly regarded)
- Extensive background in maintenance, servicing, and repairs
- Fabrication and welding skills (Mig, Arc, and Oxy Cutting)
- Experience working in a production / industrial environment
