**Position Description**:
Contributing to and supervising the team’s day-to-day activities, such as, but not limited to:

- In-building sign ups
- Customer liaison & follow up for case management
- Technical troubleshooting & support, case management
- Router configuration
- Escalating level 2+ cases to internal & external stakeholders (Tech team, Swoop, etc.)
- Building & maintaining relationships with partners & customers
- Network outage management
- Ensuring key systems are kept updated with accurate information, pipeline management
- Training new employees
- Ad-hoc tasks to support team performance and growth
- Assisting with various projects within the company
- Constant process improvement

**Experience**:

**Salary**: From $47,464.45 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Malvern, VIC 3144: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 2 years (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
