**Job Title: Gourmet Popcorn Shop Staff Member**

**Location**: Pop Lab Popcorn, 87b Station Street, Fairfield, VIC 3078

**Job Type**:Casual with the potential to go part time/ full time

**About Us**: We are a growing gourmet popcorn business specialising in 30+ unique flavours and exceptional customer service. Our shop caters to retail customers, online orders, and wholesale clients. All of our popcorn is made in-house, from scratch. We sell gourmet popcorn, hundreds of lollies, and hand mixed drinks in our retro soda bar.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in-store customers with enthusiasm and knowledge about our gourmet popcorn flavours and products, providing a memorable shopping experience.
- Fulfil online orders accurately and in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support wholesale order fulfilment, ensuring orders are prepared and packaged according to specifications.
- Assist in packaging and labelling products for retail and wholesale customers.
- Help maintain inventory levels and create inventory order lists as needed.
- Contribute to creating engaging social media posts and assisting with marketing efforts.
- Keep the shop clean, organised, and stocked with products throughout the day.
- Learn and follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment involving allergens.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and deliver excellent service.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or food service preferred but not required.
- A passion for popcorn.
- Reliability is key, we are a small team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm to learn about gourmet food products and share knowledge with customers.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 kgs and stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work 10am - 4pm Tuesday to Friday.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Social media savvy across Instagram and TikTok.
- Experience using Canva and CapCut for social media content production.
- Experience in food preparation and working in a commercial kitchen environment.
