**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients with a genuine smile and make them feel comfortable from the moment they enter our practice.
- Efficiently manage appointment scheduling, ensuring smooth patient flow and mínimal wait times.
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and process necessary paperwork accurately.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Assist with billing and financial inquiries, explaining treatment costs and available payment options.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred but not required. We value attitude and personality above all.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Your ability to connect with patients and create a positive atmosphere is paramount.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in scheduling and record-keeping.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and use dental software and tools. We use D4W
