We are seeking a dedicated** School Officer - Design Technologies Aide**to join Mary MacKillop College in 2025 ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment. The successful applicant will be experienced in a similar role in a school or educational setting. This is Term Time, Level 3 School Officer position working 18 hours per week.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, set up, and pack down equipment, ingredients, and materials for teacher lead lesson demonstrations
- Maintain and clean kitchen and têxtiles areas, ensuring hygiene and safety compliance
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and report maintenance and servicing needs
- Help students in class with cooking, sewing patterns, and other classroom tasks
- Help teaching staff with the production of 3D printed and laser cut products
- Contribute to a positive learning environment and assist in lesson preparation

To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:

- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
