We are looking for a skilled and experienced Digital Producer to join our team. As a Digital Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and delivery of digital content across a range of platforms, ensuring that our content is engaging, effective and delivered on time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Digital platform management and mass communication - manage the timely placement of content and updates
- Project manage the development of sub-sites and special projects by assisting internal web stakeholders in project formulation and the definition of site objectives, development of parameters
- Manage the execution of web content in multiple CMS platforms, including but limited to Drupal and Blackbaud NetCommunity
- Manage the entire content production process from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring that all content is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.
- Work closely with the creative team, including designers, copywriters, and developers, to ensure that all content is aligned with our brand and marketing goals.
- Develop and maintain project timelines and schedules, and track project progress to ensure that all deadlines are met.
- Ensure that all content is optimized for SEO and other digital marketing channels.
- Ensure that all content meets our quality standards, is free of errors, and is accessible to all users.
- Identify opportunities for new content and work with the team to develop new ideas and strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Digital Producer, Content Producer, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of digital content production processes and best practices.
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing channels.
- Experience with content management systems, analytics tools, and project management software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
