**About the role**

Working in the Caloundra region, you'll be taking direction on site from the Leading Hand. You will support the installation and pick up of a variety of residential scaffolding jobs each day to help our customers complete their build safely and on time. Specifically, the role will involve:

- Working from heights to install and dismantle scaffold systems (quick stage aluminium & mobile)
- Interpreting plans
- Loading and unloading gear from truck, ensuring loads are effectively secured
- Participating in JSA and submitting relevant iPad reports as required

**About you**
- Ticketed Scaffolder with previous experience in a similar role
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Current Driver's Licence and transport to branch (MR licence desirable, or Buildsafe will support you in obtaining this)
- Willing to work Mon to Fri, with an average availability of up to 40-50 hours a week
- Strong alignment to our safety-first culture
- Comfortable with working in a fast-paced and labour-intensive environment
