**Job Description** About the Role**

We’re searching for a warm, proactive, and service-obsessed hospitality professional to join our team as a **Breakfast Host**. In this guest-facing role, you’ll be at the heart of creating memorable stays and ensuring our valued guests feel genuinely recognized, valued, and at home.

**What You’ll Do**
- Personally welcome VIPs and loyalty members, providing a tailored and engaging experience
- Maintain a seamless service flow during busy breakfast meal period
- Collaborate with service teams to anticipate and respond to guest needs quickly and effectively
- Promote and explain Accor’s loyalty program to guests in an authentic and enthusiastic way
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy, urgency, and professionalism
- Create memorable guest moments through thoughtful, proactive gestures
- Keep energy levels high and lead by example on the floor, especially during peak service

**Qualifications** What We’re Looking For**

We’re looking for more than just experience—we’re looking for a **true HOST**. Someone who naturally connects with others, makes guests feel instantly at ease, and brings warmth, confidence, and charisma to every interaction.
- Experience in high-volume restaurants, bars, or hotel F&B operations
- A natural communicator with a genuine passion for hospitality and service
- An amazing host is someone who turns a simple meal or check-in into a **genuinely memorable moment**—if that sounds like you, we want to meet you.
- The ability to make guests feel seen, heard, and valued from the first interaction
- Calm, composed, and solutions-focused—especially under pressure
- Proactive and intuitive; you notice the little things and act before you're asked
- Enthusiastic about promoting loyalty programs and enhancing the guest journey
- Energetic, hands-on, and always ready to lead by example on the floor
- Highly adaptable, with a polished presentation and a welcoming demeanor
- A team player who lifts others and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
