We are seeking an experienced landscaper, available for an immediate start, to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for both soft and hard landscaping tasks, including but not limited to:

- Paving, retaining walls, and stepstones
- Decking, concreting, and screening
- Garden art, rockworks, and concrete resurfacing
- Turf installation, plantings, mulch, and pebbles

Good communication skills, professional presentation, and a positive attitude are essential. You’ll work closely with a small, cohesive team, contributing to exceptional project outcomes.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Ability to work alongside skilled landscapers and lead your own projects as needed, with the support of our existing team.
- At least 3 years’ experience in landscaping, with skills in carpentry and concreting highly regarded.
- Competent in reading and interpreting design plans.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure top-quality finishes.
- Experience in managing and implementing Work Health & Safety (WHS) requirements.
- Effective communication skills with both clients and team members.
- A positive, solution-oriented attitude and a focus on achieving high standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a landscaper.
- A current driver’s licence and access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to lead, manage, and be accountable for project outcomes.
