**Job Description**:
Reporting into the Showroom Manager, the Product Expert is responsible for achieving or exceeding sales and margin targets through providing exceptional customer service and demonstrating in depth product knowledge to clients. They are also responsible for ensuring the necessary administration for all sales orders is completed.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend products and services.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets by leveraging product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Ensure that sales and projects are delivered smoothly, this might include liaising with builders, architects, and designers.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong product knowledge and sales techniques.
- High level computer literacy, with experience using Google Workspace (formerly G-Suite) beneficial.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- A strong interest and/or knowledge of kitchen and laundry products.
- Professional presentation and grooming.
- Ability to work weekends.
