Join AGL's Macarthur Wind Farm Team as an eBOP Specialist

Are you ready to be a driving force in AGL's renewable energy transition? AGL is seeking a skilled eBOP Specialist for our Macarthur wind farm in Victoria. This site-based role invites Electrical Tradespeople with high voltage certification to lead the safe operation and maintenance of electrical infrastructure.

Your Role:
As an eBOP Specialist, you'll take the helm in planning and executing annual maintenance campaigns, inspections, and repairs to electrical infrastructure. Provide field leadership, training, and coordination for technicians, supporting the site supervisor. Troubleshoot complex electrical maintenance issues and ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment systems.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the planning and execution of annual maintenance campaigns.- Provide field leadership, training, and coordination for technicians.- Support site supervisor, providing leadership and mentorship.- Troubleshoot complex electrical maintenance items.- Supervise service providers/contractors.

About You:
- Electrical trade and high voltage certification.- Experience in wind farms or other power generation assets.- Extensive experience in substation and reactive plant operation and maintenance.- Experience with LOTO and switching procedure generation and execution.- Valid Driver’s license.- Willing to relocate to Victoria
