Bring the magic of Christmas to life We’re looking for a **dynamic, experienced, and passionate Retail Photographic Manager** to lead our Santa Portrait Photography team this festive season.

**The Role**:
In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll play a key part in creating the magic and lifelong memories this Christmas season, while ensuring your team delivers premium service and high-quality photos throughout the festive period.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Photography & Training**: Confidently operate professional photography equipment, including studio flash and other peripherals. Know your way around a DSLR and provide on-site training to team members in photography techniques and printing processes to ensure high-quality portraits.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage daily store operations, lead and train a team of ~5 photographers to ensure they have the confidence to operate independently, oversee staff rosters, timesheets, and performance feedback.
- **Customer Experience**: Deliver and promote exceptional service, ensuring every family has a magical photo experience. Wear the provided uniform in a well-presented manner to reflect the premium brand, and support your team in doing the same.
- **Operations & Reporting**: Handle stock and equipment coordination, troubleshoot minor technical issues, and submit daily/weekly operational reports.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with Santa, Helpers, and POS staff to keep things running smoothly.

**About You**:

- Strong photography skills (manual DSLR knowledge essential)
- Previous team management experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s licence & access to a reliable car
- Working With Children Check (**WWCC)**

**Availability**:

- **Full-Time Availability Required**:Must be available throughout the Christmas season (End Oct - Dec), including rostered weekends, mandatory training, and **Christmas Eve,**setup, pack-down.
