Our growing business located in Kirrawee has a unique opportunity for a **_knowledgeable glass_**

person who loves numbers and people. This full-time role carries with it a high level of accountability

and would suit someone who can work autonomously and within a team.

You will be responsible for all initial day to day glass enquiries. This role is suited to someone who

has install knowledge or has worked in glass or similar building products for some time.

**Your responsibilities **
First to greet customers on the phone & in our showroom. 
Collating information for quotes, calculating the cost of materials and measurements. 
Processing orders and following up material dates from suppliers 
Supporting the Job Coordinator with scheduling and confirming jobs. 
Supporting the Estimator with overflow of job quotes 
Supporting the factory manager and install team

This role requires a high level of communication and experience in quoting and estimating jobs in

the glass industry. Equally important is the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients,

suppliers and contractors and to effectively hand over successful jobs to the project managers.

- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Negotiation and sales skills
- Strong leadership and creative problem-solving skills
- Have a high attention to detail & high level of accuracy
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication within the workplace and on-site

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Be proficient in interpreting plans and specifications
- Be able to assess glass and glazing requirements to AS1288, NCC and other applicable standards
- Construction site knowledge is preferable
