**The Position**:
TerryWhite Chemmart Tuggerah is a well loved, locally focused, community pharmacy, with multiple Health service streams on offer. Plus, we are one of the most core range compliant pharmacies in the group, which means our customers can't help but shop with us. Finally, we believe in hiring people in permanent positions, so like our customers, you won't have to deal with an ever-changing run of casual staff. This sense of pride and consistency underpin all we do, and ensure our customers have the best possible experience, every time.

**The Role**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Continue to develop our amazing general pharmacy team with training, support and inspiration.
- Ensure pharmacy is compliant across all retail measures and staff are current on our product offerings.
- Actively counsel and advise customers on products across general pharmacy, beauty and fragrance.
- Bring our competitive spirit as our stores compete across the group for lots of fun prizes and rewards from TerryWhite Chemmart and our suppliers.
- Be catalogue ready every three weeks.

**About You**:

- You are passionate about community pharmacy and are looking to share your commitment to our customers.
- Know how to politely say no to the never-ending steam of donuts and chocolates offered to our team by our community.
- Want to add value to your community by directly impacting your customers and your colleagues.
