Oji Fibre Solutions, part of a rapidly expanding global manufacturer of innovative packaging solutions, requires a results-driven Supply Chain Manager to join our corrugated packaging team. Our Lansvale plant manufactures corrugated boxes which play an important part in the presentation, protection, and transportation of customer products in the Horticulture, Meat, Industrial, FMCG and Paper Products segments.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be seen as the expert in your field when it comes to providing high level logístical support to the NSW team around driving world class planning, warehousing and distribution standards whilst maintaining superior customer delivery performance.

Encapsulating on your prior experience with 5S, food safety and GMP, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of storage and distribution policies, procedures, strategies and systems to ensure the efficient movement of goods in the supply chain.

We are looking for an industry professional with a strong analytical mind to accurately track, monitor and report on despatch activities and costs (freight, paper, pallets, labour etc) and recommend drivers and gaps to improve efficiencies.

You will need to possess excellent communication skills, exhibit a ‘can do’ attitude and have a huge passion for delivering results. A background within a manufacturing/packaging or printing environment would be highly regarded as would experience in leading, motivating and driving a despatch team to performance excellence.
