**Opportunity Overview**

An outstanding chance to take on the role of **Perioperative Service Manager**, overseeing the operation of **5 theatres, CSSD Department and the Day Surgery department**.
- The position encompasses a diverse range of specialties such as orthopaedic, ENT, plastics, general medical and surgical, gynaecology and obstetrics, ophthalmology, endoscopy, oral/ maxillofacial, breast and endocrine surgery.

**You will have direct oversight of Day Surgery Unit ANUMs and staff, the CSSD Manager as well as theatre ANUMs and staff.**

- You should demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate a team of clinical professionals, serving as an inspirational mentor, and efficiently managing the unit’s resources and requirements.

**Selection Criteria**
- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an acute hospital setting and relevant experience
- Previous experience in a management position is advantageous
- Displayed knowledge of labour hours management, stock management, HR matters and complaints
- Proven capacity to establish and maintain effective working relationships with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in planning, developing, implementing and evaluating continuous improvement and risk management program.
