**About the Company**:

**Your Role**:
Our young client is looking for a dedicated team of Support Workers to assist them on an on-going basis. Our client is based in the Mornington Peninsula and is living with Autism and an intellectual disability.

This is a great opportunity for you to make a difference in our client's life, as well as enhance your skills and knowledge of behavioural management with ongoing client specific training.

**Duties;**
- Meal preparation and feeding
- Manual handling using hoist transfers 2:1
- Full assistance to the client with personal care
- Full supervision of the client and addressing their needs
- Providing true and authentic companionship to the client
- Assisting and supporting the client in the home and out in the community

**You must have;**
- Valid Driver's License
- CPR Certificate (within 12 months)
- First Aid Certificate (within 3 years)
- International Police check (if applicable)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check completed
- Medication Administration or willing to obtain
- Certificate III in Disability or other relevant qualifications or experience is preferred
- Experience working with clients with Autism or experience supporting complex behaviours
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
- High proven reliability and resilience
- Ability to work efficiently within a team
- Display excellent proactivity and engage with clients based on their interests.
