**Are you our next amazing Chiropractic assistant/Receptionist?**
**Todd Clinics Leongatha is a wellness focused Chiropractic and Myotherapy clinic located in Leongatha, Victoria.**
**We are searching for a part-time receptionist (22 hours) per week.**
**Successful applicant must be**:

- **Interested in their own health and wellness**:

- **VERY Friendly, outgoing and happy to chat to anyone**:

- **Professional**:

- **Have an ability to multi task and work at a fast pace**:

- **Take initiative and stay calm in all situations**:

- **Demonstrate people skills and the ability to make patients feel welcome and calm.**:

- **Experience as a receptionist (particularly healthcare related) would be preferred but not necessary.**

**The role includes**
- **Greeting patients and creating conversation**:

- **Answering phones**:

- **Making appointments**:

- **Processing payments using HICAPS and EFTPOS**:

- **Making sales from our shop (supplements etc) and having the ability to know small amounts about each product. (Training provided for this).**
