**Comprehensive salary package** from **$68,865** pa (plus superannuation)

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- At least relevant AQF Cert III or Cert IV qualifications or equivalent
- At least two (2) years of relevant work experience

**Position Summary**:
**On behalf of our client, Dojo Legal Australia**is looking fora skilled and experienced **Production Horticulturalist**who can use their knowledge and skills in horticultural farm and is responsible for the entire lifecycle of horticultural crops, from planting to harvest and post-harvest processing, ensuring high-quality produce and efficient operations.

This is a full-time position which may involve weekend or public holidays work and some unplanned hours of work where the need arises (paid accordingly).

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all material inputs are adequate for respective operations
- Ensure the upkeep of all tractors and implements
- Liaise with Farm Operation Manager/Agronomist/Maintenance Manager where required - Operate various tractors and implements
- Identify and report unusual disease or plant pest signs
- Operate pressurised irrigation systems
- Coordinate horticultural crop harvesting
- Fumigate soil
- Manage, install drainage systems
- Monitor and manage nursery plants
- Operate spreading and seeding equipment.

Pay: $68,856.00 - $68,865.00 per year
