**The Role**

Due to business growth, we are looking for a new Consultant to work in our Accounts and Finance Temp Team. You will specialise in temporary roles within the Accounts and Finance sector focussing on our National and Major clients. You will be required to form and retain relationships with Clients we are currently trading with as well as connecting with Clients we are trading with in other parts of the business.

This desk can be very fast paced and requires someone that has a high attention to detail and a true Client focussed approach

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager - Temp division, you will join an office of energetic consultants who like to have fun. Your career progression will be clearly mapped out for you. There are currently 10 Consultants in the Professional Services Temp Team with a total of 50 Consultants in the PERSOLKELLY Perth Branch - it's a busy and energising place to work.

**Duties will include**:

- Servicing and growing existing Clients
- Developing new business opportunities within National Clients
- Meeting with your clients to plan recruitment requirements and take any job specifications
- Checking in with clients regarding new and ongoing employees
- Meeting agreed KPI activity and revenue targets

**Desirable applicants will possess**:

- Ideally experience within a Recruitment environment or
- Minimum of 12 months experience within a professional Account Management, Client focussed or BDM role
- An understanding/previous working experience within Accounts and Finance would be highly regarded
- Fantastic attention to detail and ability to be versatile with conflicting priorities throughout the day
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A professional and ethical manner
- Comfortable with computer programs, including CRM's, Outlook, and Microsoft Suite
- A desire and competitive drive to meet and exceed targets and KPI's
