**Position**: English Teacher

**Location**: Brisbane CBD

**About the Role**: As an English Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality English language instruction to students in Years 7 to 12. You will inspire a love of literature, develop students' critical thinking skills, and cultivate effective communication abilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active student participation and collaboration.
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to support their academic growth and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and curriculum initiatives.
- Participate in school-wide activities and events that contribute to the holistic development of students.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.
- Queensland College of Teachers registration.
- Specialisation or experience in teaching English at the secondary level preferred.
- Advantageous to have knowledge of the QCAA curriculum and its implementation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to the Catholic ethos and values of the school.
