Bonnie Hotels is small, family run business with hotels from Sydney to the Southern Highlands.
We are currently seeking a venue manager / licensee for our Glebe hotel as we expand our business.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Overseeing the day to day operations of the hotel
- Rostering
- Stock control
- Staff management
- Gaming (knowledge of Global Eye & CCU desirable but not essential
- POS, including back of house stock control & inventory
- Cellar operations
- Financial control
Minimum 5+ years in a similar role
**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Night shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Glebe, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Hotel Management: 3 years (required)
- People management: 3 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- RSA / RCG (required)
- Licensee Training (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
