POSITION OVERVIEW

We have an exciting opportunity for a barista/café all rounder to work alongside the café manager at Cuppa at Pimpama & Cuppa at Coomera. In this role, you will maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.

ABOUT YOU

Competent and can hold your own on a coffee machine (Latte art not essential)

Proven work experience as a barista all rounder or similar role.

Be willing to help out with other general café duties

Ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff.

Dedication to delivering excellent customer service.

Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards

Familiarity with front of house software (Ex. POS - Light Speed)

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Making coffees
- Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximising customer satisfaction
- Taking & running orders
- Waiting & clearing tables
- Cleaning dishes
- Account for all financial transactions and reconcile figures daily
- Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
- Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality.
- Assisting staff where necessary
