**Early Childhood Educator - Diploma**

**Explore & Develop Emu plains is seeking an enthusiastic diploma trained educator with a commitment to becoming part of the Explore & Develop family.**

You will work with a team of dedicated educators and assistants to create a stimulating, positive and inclusive environment that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) whilst maintaining the elements of the National Quality Standards (NQS).

**Essential attributes of this role**:

- Be well informed on current research and literature on early childhood education
- Enthusiasm, caring manner and sensitivity to other's need
- Practice is based on the Early Childhood Australia Code of Ethics
- Good oral and written communication skills
- An ability to maintain a professional attitude to all aspects of their work
- The ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work in partnership with parents

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Diploma of Children’s Services
- Current APPROVED working with children's check
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Current Child Protection Training
