Working in a smaller setting - up to 7 children at any one time and no more than 4 children under school age, allows you to build long lasting bonds with children and their families and create personalised care and education programs.

**About you**:
To be considered you will hold, or be willing to obtain:

- An approved Certificate III level training
- Victorian Working with Children Check OR Tasmanian Vulnerable Person Check and Police Check (International Police Check also if relevant) for all persons at the premises over 18
- HLTDAID004 First Aid and HLTDAID001 CPR
- Public Liability Insurance
- Australian Business Number (ABN)
