As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be encouraged to grow, develop and feel empowered, contributing to the meaningful work of Queensland’s leading charity retail brand. Everyday our 120 stores across Queensland sell donated goods, giving pre-loved items a second life and bringing in profit to support our Crisis Support Line and suicide prevention services.

Your part in our Lifeline team
Along with your passion for your local community and providing great customer service in a retail environment you will:
- Ensure product merchandising & store presentation is of a high standard- Complete inventory management & stocktaking- Assist Customers with enquiries and sales

To be successful for this role you will need to be/have:
- Must be available 4-5 days per week to work shifts ranging from Monday to Sunday- Passion for retail and a genuine desire to enjoy a fast paced, ever-changing environment- Passion for your local community and building relationships to understand local needs- The ability to recognise potential and promote store growth- Be self-motivated and show initiative- Have a positive attitude and good personal presentation- Be able to provide first class customer service- Be able to work independently as well as within a team
