Reporting to the Service Delivery Leads, the Team Leader will ensure services are provided within the NDIS regulatory framework and relevant legislation whilst maintaining a culture committed to a person centred approach and delivery of quality services.

**In this role you can expect**:
Ensure delivery of supports that promote, uphold and respect the legal and human rights enabling participant to exercise informed choice and control.
Support the individual health and needs of participants.
Assist participants to increase their independence and develop life skills in accordance with their support guidelines and goals.
Thorough knowledge of work activities performed within the workplace.
Assist participants to liaise with professionals regarding individual and service delivery needs.
Utilise a range of specialist communication strategies to maximise participant outcomes.
Management of participant records.
Supervise and support field staff and/or volunteers, as well as mentor trainees, direct work programs, and oversee the work and training of lower level employees.
Ensure new staff induction documentation and implementation is occurring as per the induction policy and procedure.
Provide effective performance feedback through employee recognition, rewards, and Performance management in consultation with People and Culture.
Ensure are reflective practice framework is evident through regular staff supervision at all levels within services and align individual efforts with organisational goals.

Leadership experience in a similar style role preferred.

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and mentoring skills required.
