You have a clear vision for children. You are dedicated to joining and maintaining a collaborative team environment of like-minded educators, fostering professional development to achieve positive learning outcomes for every child.

**Duties include**
- Plan and implement a robust early learning program that meets the prescribed goals and EYLF outcomes
- Partner with families and educators to ensure best practices are adopted in teaching and training young children
- Creative, flexible and able to multitask and engage children's learning
- Direct the assistant educators and students to work as a team in delivering an effective program
- Work with the director and assistant director to ensure all policies and procedures are supported

**Skills to excel in this role**
- Qualification: Diploma in Children's Services or above
- Minimal two years' full-time experience in the same role
- Experienced in planning for an active program for young children
- Leadership skill to supervise assistant educators and students
- Familiar with Children's Services Regulations, policies and procedures
- Interpersonal skills in relating to families, children and educators
- Current First Aid training
