Optical Worker

Our Essilor team in Windsor is looking for an Optical Worker or Optical Mechanic with experience in Optical Edging and Fitting, QC or Optical Tinting, where you can expect to be assigned duties in the following work areas:
Marking up and blocking optical lenses

Edging of optical lenses

Fitting variety of lens types to Nylon, shell and metal frames

Rimless Fitting

Tinting

Final quality checking of completed fitting jobs.

Pre QC and tracing a variety of frame types

You will need to be an excellent team player, have strong personal motivation along with an enthusiastic attitude and excellent communication skills. Ideally you will also possess an Optical Mechanics trade qualification or have equivalent experience.
