We are currently hiring for a professional and reliable Warehouse General Hand to join our growing team at our Eastern Creek Fulfilment Centre (2770). As a Warehouse General Hand your role is critical to the success of our business where you will be challenged daily to improve areas of safety, efficiency, performance, culture and customer experience.

**The Opportunity**

This is an excellent opportunity to join the AM Outbound team within our fulfilment centre. The AM shift starts at between 6am and 6.30am running for 8 hours. This is a fast-paced warehouse where you will work collaboratively to deliver on shift targets and objectives.

**What you’ll be doing**
- **Outbound**: picking, packing, and dispatching orders for our customers.
- **Inbound**: receiving, replenishment, and put-away of product.
- **Inventory**: cycle counts, stock counts, and batch fixing.
- General warehouse cleaning duties as required.
- Quality Assurance at all steps in the order distribution process.

**What success looks like**
- Safety is non-negotiable throughout the warehouse ensuring you adhere to all policies and procedures, particularly Safe Operating Procedures. You are responsible for your own safety as well as other team members.
- Maintain all Key Performance Indicators outlined in your role.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects, up to 25kgs, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
- Proficiency in using warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet riders and RF Scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- General tidiness of your area and the warehouse.
- Reporting any safety incidents/issues immediately to a Supervisor or Manager.

**About you**
- Can commit to 5 days per week between Monday to Friday on the AM Shift (6am or 6.30am start).
- Must have your own safety boots.
- Must be physically fit to perform all duties in the warehouse.
- You are a reliable and collaborative team member.
- Safety is a non-negotiable for you and you are able to adhere to Safe Operating Procedures.
- You have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
