Civil Labourer

**Civil Labourers - Road Works (Mornington Peninsula)**
**Pay**: $36.04 per hour + $21.94 Travel + Super + Overtime rates
**Type**: Full-time (6-month trial → direct onboarding)

Our client hiring on behalf of our client which is a civil infrastructure company working across the Mornington Peninsula and surrounding suburbs (Frankston, Hastings, Rosebud). We’re looking for reliable **Civil Labourers** to join our crew on long-term road upgrade and maintenance projects.

**About the role**
You’ll be part of a team delivering:

- Road upgrades & resurfacing
- Pothole repairs & road maintenance
- Signage correction & installation
- General labouring and tool use on-site

**What we’re looking for**
- **2-3 years’ construction experience** (civil or similar)
- Confident using a range of hand and power tools
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions
- Based locally on the Mornington Peninsula or nearby suburbs (e.g., Frankston, Hastings, Rosebud)
- **Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident** (no Working Holiday Visas)
- Reliable, team-focused, and looking for **1-5 years’ steady work**
