- 20009090- Western Region Division 4, Western Region

**A Superintendent's duties include**:

- Leading and developing their own team
- Enhancing the capability of direct reports
- Developing their own skills
- Contributing effectively to their Senior Management Team
- Providing organisational leadership that supports the Chief Commissioner and promotes Victoria Police's strategy and values
- Ensuring the provision of strategic and operational advice on optimising the services of Victoria Police
- Ensuring the optimised delivery of accurate, timely and value-for-money services
- Providing expert advice as required
