- Attractive hourly rates + penalty rates on overtime.
- Permanent full-time position.
- Based at **Beresfield** as well as working on customer sites.
- Must be available for night and weekend work.

The position of Operations Installer based at our **Beresfield hub**, as well as working on customer sites in **Newcastle, Hunter Valley and Northern NSW** is a key support role in supporting our customers to meet the needs of their temporary works.

As well as providing a high level of customer service, you will also need to:

- Assist with the installation and coordination of our range of specialised products on customer sites
- Attend prestart and toolbox meetings
- Manage customer site conditions, delays, customer expectations and variances to original quote
- Assist and work with an efficient and effective installation team
- Working with Coates Branches to organise plant, equipment and resourcing
- Load and unload equipment from vehicles using safe loading and unloading procedures.
- Perform general yard duties, including cleaning of equipment and facilities to ensure a safe and organised yard.
- Assist with basic service and repair of non-high-risk equipment in a workshop environment.

**What you’ll bring to the role**

As well as having experience in a similar role, you will also have the following:

- A current, clean driver’s license (MR or HR license will be highly regarded)
- White Card
- Forklift and EWP licenses will be highly regarded
- Construction/handyperson experience, as well as the use of hand and power tools
- Ability to perform in a physically demanding job
- Mechanical aptitude
- Experience building relationships with customers and sub-contractors
- Good planning and time management skills with the ability to work autonomously.
- A strong knowledge of; and commitment to safety
