Sales Representative

**Job Title: Casual Sales Representative in the Pick/Pack & Fulfilment Industry**

**Location**: Langwarrin, Victoria

**Hours**: 8 hours per week (1 day)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential new clients, focusing on businesses that require 3PL, pick/pack, and fulfillment services.
- Conduct market research to build a database of leads and maintain a detailed CRM system with client interactions and history.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for client outreach and acquisition.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate our unique selling points.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12 months of experience in sales, preferably in the e-commerce or fulfillment industry.
- Knowledge of fulfillment processes and 3PL operations.
- Proficient in using CRM software for lead generation and client management.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and the needs of online retailers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to finding and securing new business opportunities.
- Ability to work from our warehouse in Langwarrin, with the potential for occasional client visits.
