An exciting role has come up in our business selling great quality lifestyle brands such as Weber BBQ's, Yeti drinkware and a huge range of flame fire home and outdoor heating.

Ipswich BBQ's and Fireplaces is in search of a Casual Sales Assistant to join our team, we are happy to train the right person even if you have no experience - your attitude is what counts

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Answer customer inquiries, offer product information, and help customers make informed decisions
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a neat and organized sales floor
- Assist with restocking shelves, product displays, and inventory management
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales goals
- Adhere to the company's policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- A positive and customer-friendly attitude
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends
- Willingness to learn about our products through comprehensive training
- Basic computer skills
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required

Pay: $32.10 - $44.94 per hour
