**About this role**:
The UI Designer at Stake designs products that has ground breaking look and feel. You would be focused on enhancing the visual definition and user experience across all Stake experiences. Key to success in this role would be the ability to execute projects from conception to final production. You have strong experience across interaction design both on web and native mobile apps.

In this role you will also:

- Design outstanding product interfaces (iOS, Android, Web), that creates a strong, positive emotional connection between customers and our brand.
- Maintain a Design System that enables us to establish the Stake visual language guideline
- Partner up with UX designers to create the additional UI and micro animation layer required to create a coherent, delightful product
- Work closely with front-end development teams to ensure design solutions are understood and executed correctly

**A bit about you**:

- A proven track record designing products that visually delight customers (represented in portfolio)
- Good understanding of Digital Design Principles on Web and Native Mobile platforms
- Ability to create highly polished design prototypes, mockups, and other communication artifacts
- Proficiency in a variety of product design tools
- Experience operating in an agile environment
