Your part in Buderim Private Hospital

The Hospital RMO supports our Visiting Medical Officers by:

- admitting new patients to the hospital after-hours;
- providing clinical support to the VMO’s and Clinical Staff after-hours;
- reviewing patients as requested by Clinical Staff and the VMO’s;
- discusses management of patients and initiates appropriate management, and arranges for investigations to be carried out as appropriate.

What makes a difference for us?

You will be an experienced Medical Practitioner with a demonstrated passion for delivering person-centred care through living our values and through exceptional communication. In alignment with our values, you have a commitment to ongoing professional development and will present with:

- Current & unrestricted general registration as a medical practitioner with AHPRA
- PGY3 and above
- Minimum of 3 years post Graduate experience
- Experience in and available to work in Critical Care Unit
- Recent relevant acute care experience and confidence in managing complex patients
- Understanding of National Safety and Quality in Health care standards
- Workplace Health and Safety Act and infection control procedures
- Availability to work all shifts including AM, PM and nights
- Advanced Life Support Training
