Football Coach

**About ELEV8 Football Academy**

ELEV8 Football Academy provides private football training for players in the Southern Highlands, NSW. We currently offer 1 on 1 sessions, group development sessions and holiday clinics. Our sessions cater to players of all abilities with an aim to maximise players development to help them take their game to the next level.

We are looking for friendly, energetic and enthusiastic football coaches who are motivated to develop player's ability and help to foster their love for the game. As a coach, you will be responsible for setting up, organising and delivering high-quality football sessions that promote the development of players at all skill levels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective coaching strategies and training programs.
- Conduct training sessions, focusing on skill development and tactical awareness.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and competitive environment.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during sessions.
- Collaborate with other coaching staff to deliver sessions.
- Maintain equipment and ensure the proper use of facilities.
- Represent the organisation in a professional manner at all times.
- This role involves coaching after school throughtout the week. Flexibility in availability during the week is essential.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous coaching experience
- Strong knowledge of football tactics, techniques, and rules.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes to achieve their goals.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Relevant coaching certifications or licenses are preferred but not required.
- Working with Children Check

*Pay dependent on experience and qualifications

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
