Service Advisor

Due to continued expansion, our busy Service Department is currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to compliment and support the existing team.

**The following competencies are sought**:

- Min 2 years experience in Service Advising
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
- A passion for the automotive and transport industry
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Car or Truck Dealership knowledge essential
- Reliable and punctual person,
- “Can do” attitude and a team player
- Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office essential
- Drivers Licence (essential)

**Your Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Greeting customers, both in person and by phone
- Processing repair orders and cash sales reports
- Updating Dealer Management Systems and communicating with internal stakeholders to ensure all information is being passed on
- Providing customers with a detailed report on work performed
- Facilitating/processing of warranty claims where required

You will become a key member of the team and will be responsible for ensuring that our customers are kept well informed during every stage of the servicing and repair process.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Corio, VIC 3214: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Service advising: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Drivers licence (preferred)
