AquaBuddies is seeking a passionate, experienced **Swim School Supervisor** to join our leadership team and deliver exceptional swimming programs for young families. This is a full-time role. **About the Role**:
You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our swim school, support and mentor instructors, and ensure our Parent & Baby program continues to thrive. This is a hands-on role that combines leadership, teaching, and community connection.

**What You’ll Need**:
Parent & Baby swim teaching qualification (AUSTSWIM, Swim Australia or equivalent)
Proven experience teaching babies, toddlers, and preschoolers
Confident, bubbly personality - great with kids and parents
Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
Available to work 4 weekdays and either sat or sunday
A genuine love for working with families and building community

Pay: $57,520.19 - $79,811.17 per year

**Experience**:

- swim teaching: 2 years (preferred)
