**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable and welcome.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries.
- Confirm appointments and manage patient records using dental software.
- Verify insurance information and assist patients with billing inquiries.
- Prepare and maintain patient files and ensure they are up to date.
- Coordinate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and well-stocked with necessary materials.
- Handle patient complaints or concerns in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Assist with general office tasks, such as filing, faxing, and managing correspondence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
