**Your new company**

Working for a leading provider of ERP systems to the Automotive industry, you will be joining a development team who work with cutting-edge technology to build scalable and tailored solutions to dealerships and showrooms worldwide.

**Your new role**

The primary responsibilities of this position are:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Front-End Development best practice and industry standards.
- Provide a high level of customer and technical support to clients, both internally and externally.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for the business for Front End Development team tasks, challenges, opportunities and deliverables.
- Technically lead the Front-End Development team to perform and deliver projects and tasks to a high standard / to meet best practice.
- Provision of support, guidance and training to the Front-End Development team, particularly in the end-to-end development and maintenance of user interfaces.
- Define and maintain technical frameworks and guidelines, ensuring alignment with the strategic direction of products is of high quality and meets defined internal standards.
- Work closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to deliver tasks within deadlines and meeting SLA’s and SDL’s.
- Collaborate and work with the wider team and departments, on tasks and projects as needed.
- Continual assessment and improvement of technical processes and techniques, ensuring compliance and contributing to the ongoing development of UI standards and best practice.
- Provision of timely and accurate regular and ad-hoc reporting.
- Develop and maintain Front End technical documentation and quality processes.
- Ad-hoc admin, support, tasks and projects as required.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Working experience within an Agile Scrum environment.
- In depth knowledge of Frontend Frameworks: React, Angular, etc
- Web Components
- Typescript/JavaScript
- HTML/CSS
- Testing Frameworks.
- Understanding of Continuous Integration & Deployment.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant IT field.
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team, technically.
