**About the role**:
As a part-time or casual **Client Advisor** within our** Rosebery Archive Boutique** you will provide our clients with an exceptional experience, building rapport to increase brand loyalty whilst striving to acquire new streams of revenue.

You will have exceptional communication skills, fashion flair and previous client facing experience in a relevant industry.

**This role will**:

- Be a Scanlan Theodore brand ambassador in all areas and lead by example
- Consistently strive to deliver an exceptional client experience
- Naturally create loyal customers with a positive and professional attitude
- Continually seek to develop new clients while maintaining existing relationships
- Accurately and efficiently complete all store operations administration
- Maintain boutique brand standards in terms of appearance, cleanliness & visual merchandising

**Who you are**:

- Experience in a client facing role in a relevant industry
- Ability to work within a team to achieve store targets and KPIs
- A brand ambassador by building and growing relationships
- Minimum 2 days availability across Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, inclusive of one weekend day
