**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up displays and promotions in accordance with company guidelines and promotional calendars.
- Ensure accurate ticketing of products and maintain organized inventory.
- Provide support in training and mentoring junior staff members.
- Assist pharmacists with customer inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy.
- Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a pharmacy setting is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with pharmacy software systems is an advantage.
